No, 2014. Well, the novel was only released at the end of June this year, so that's obviously a typographical error. To be honest, I don't have a habit of reading this genre but Shinonome Yuuko is quite riveting, so I might buy it after all. Damn you zgmfx09a and your corrupting influence. ;)
But rather than the Light Novel rankings, I was more surprised that Yukinoshita Yukino beat out Misaka Mikoto (it's been five years after all... maybe a Level 5 can only go that far, or maybe it's a reaction to expanding Othi-chan fanbase and Shokuhou's wish for a miracle in Volume 11 as both of them also appear in the top ten).

I like Bingo's romance novels. They are short and sweet, not unnecessarily long.
