OFFENSIVE, ABNORMAL, UNKNOWN ie all caps may work (other ideas would be [] or <>). I more often see this type of translating used with terms that were originally non-Japanese (when something was in English, Italian, German, etc originally), still I think it might work for the issue here.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-786796147404413084.post-33093550615031550602012-04-26T05:38:42.877+08:002012-04-26T05:38:42.877+08:00there's oreimo on this site, even if it isn...there's oreimo on this site, even if it isn't actually translatedAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-786796147404413084.post-46658526454800212102012-04-25T12:16:04.099+08:002012-04-25T12:16:04.099+08:00Well, probably only Onii-ai and a tiny bit of it i...Well, probably only Onii-ai and a tiny bit of it in Mushi uta cuz of Haji Keigo. @1st Anon: =D, there'...Thanks for the thoughts~

@1st Anon: =D, there's actually someone who was waiting eagerly for the chapter?~ that makes me happy ^^. Btw, what do you mean by "Engrish"? never heard of that before.

@Unknown: I don't think offense would be suitable to use as terms, it is somewhat closer in meaning to the literal translation than the Executor for sure. but i dont think it would fit to use as terms. Let's use Kakkou as example: Offense level one Kakkou? that prob dont sound too good. Thanks for suggestion though =).

@2nd Anon: ya i think so too,but prob Japanese over literal translation. Since using the literal translation *fire type for kashu* would make it sound like pokemon or smth. Fire type level one Kakkou. <- he doesnt even use fire lol.

@Hiyono: I had already put that issue under consideration. If we're going to use the Japanese term for the rest of the series, I'm planning on making a term page/section at the Volume content page to briefly explain them.[Similar to kyoukai no eden's content page.] Btw, the literal translation you're in favor of, Do you mean[Fire/abnormal/unknown type]? or [Kashu, Ishu, Hishu]?? your first sentence seem to be referring to the Japanese terms.Winghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11481201187303784651noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-786796147404413084.post-81448840436576343762012-04-23T08:47:02.416+08:002012-04-23T08:47:02.416+08:00The meanings in the literal translation are slight...The meanings in the literal translation are slightly difficult to remember, although it seems some meaning is lost in the English translation (e.g. 秘 implies secrecy, not just an uncertainty). Depending on how well the chosen terms capture the actual meaning, I'd err in favor of the literal translation.Hiyonohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04468424574609326274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-786796147404413084.post-13595448565235062642012-04-22T09:34:06.546+08:002012-04-22T09:34:06.546+08:00The Japanese or a literal translation is probably ...The Japanese or a literal translation is probably best.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-786796147404413084.post-13051875143295058842012-04-21T22:23:55.755+08:002012-04-21T22:23:55.755+08:00Kashu seems more like "Offense" rather t...Kashu seems more like "Offense" rather than "Executor" to me.
